If you're like me, you didn't grow up knowing what a soul was. In fact, I hardly knew about emotions or what life was like beyond high highs and low lows.​​

​

In many ways, I feel the chaos of my upbringing has brought me to the inner peace I've found at this stage in my life. I resisted this path for so long because the pain and suffering was familar. Because to trust in something beyond my human tendency to control and self-bereave was horrifying at best.

 

If you asked me years ago if I could feel the connection I feel now, I wouldn't believe it. If you asked me years ago if I'd be guiding people into themselves, creatively bursting at the seams, and romantically engaged with life, I wouldn't have believed that for a second.

The truth is, Beloved, that when we heal, we can effectively live from a place of empowerment, love, and embodied connection. When we heal, we take back our power as the artist of our own lives. In doing this simple act, we call forth the resources, abundance, and support we need. When we heal, life flows through and with us. If this isn't a miracle, I don't know what is.

​

How blessed we are to be able to drop our conditioning and do this sacred and potent work of coming home to ourselves? This is what I am here to share with you.
