During a given session, we may intuitively work with any of the following: - Checking in and/or card pull - Intuitive expression with the voice - Using the voice for nervous system regulation - Meditation/energy coaching for wholeness - Energy healing or healing visualization - EFT tapping - Sound healing - Creative movement or movement prompts - Voice healing - Breathwork **Note: If you opt for the "pay in person" option, before the day of our session, please submit payment by either Venmo (@Steven-Evans-10) or PayPal (smevans1234@gmail.com).
