When we meditate, we slow down the pace of our lives so that we may truly experience the gift of the present moment, giving space for both the pains of past and fears of the future to drop away so we can experience our true self.
Each week as we come together, we will not only spend time in meditation, but we will also use conscious conversation as a means to explore topics surrounding meditation, energy, the emotions, healing, abundance, and so much more!
