Sound of Love: Community Sound Healing

Love is a transformative force. It's what happens when we embrace what is and allow that acceptance to dissolve discord in the present. The use of sound can help us access the Love we have within us. Deliberately using healing sound can facilitate the movement of stuck or stagnant energy and even offer space for your thinking mind to slip away. Sound journeys with me are meant to invite you into an inward experience where you allow healing sounds and frequencies to be absorbed by your physical, emotional, and mental being; gently guiding you back to the pulse of your soul.
