Sound healing is a naturally destressing practice. We are living in a world of sound and vibration. Our thoughts vibrate, our emotions vibrate, the organs of our bodies vibrate. Our mental, emotional, physical, and etheric bodies are constantly taking in information from the world around us in our environments. That's to say that when we work with sound healing, we work on all levels of our being. And when we incorporate intention, this amplifies the level of energy movement and healing that we can experience from the practice. We're going to dive in deep, so open your heart and your mind and let's have some fun!
