Self-healing and Intention Setting with Steven | 6:05 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

$20 per class | $35 for both

Get ready to use your bodyweight to it's best capabilities! Keani is here to show you that you don't need fancy equipment to get a good sweat on. Lead through proper form and tecniques. This one hour class starts off with a dynamic warmup, followed by interval training, ab circuit, and a relaxing static cool down.

Then to follow up, Steven will do a deep dive exploration of what intention is, how we can use it to support our healing and manifestation process as well as energy and sound healing practices to use to up the ante on our own inner work processes.

This month we’ll be donating 5% of our proceeds to The Healing WELL, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide free and compassionate wellness services such as yoga, meditation, poetry workshops, and more to those experiencing poverty so that they may cultivate health and happiness.

Keani is a fitness professional who focuses on dynamic mobility training, hypertrophy training, and making cardio fun through HIIT, high intensity interval training. Her love for movement stemmed at a young age through dance and volleyball and she wants to emulate that love through her work. Keani wants to help people create healthy habits in fitness and nutrition as a lifestyle for years to come.

Steven is a certified meditation coach and guide, sound healer, reiki practitioner, poet, music artist, and overall nature lover. Also an experimental painter, so if it paints an astrological picture, they are a Taurus sun, Libra moon, and Aries rising. Steven's mission is to help people reconnect to their joy by tapping into their authentic voices and reaching into their soul desires.
