Schedule:  Bodyweight Interval Training with Keani | 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Breathwork and Sound Healing Sessions with Steven | 10:35 a.m. - 11:45 p.m. 

$30 per class | $55 for both

Get ready to use your bodyweight to it's best capabilities! Keani is here to show you that you don't need fancy equipment to get a good sweat on. Lead through proper form and tecniques. This one hour class starts off with a dynamic warmup, followed by interval training, ab circuit, and a relaxing static cool down.

Then to follow up, Steven will guide you into an experiential breathwork process to reconnect with the physical body, the body's intuition, and will conclude with an opportunity to integrate through sound and energy healing.
