About the event
Somatic Circle is a space where you are free to be as you are as we learn to walk and master being with the nuances of life. During each session, we will practice and explore different techniques for self-regulation and connecting to our felt experience while discussing ways we can apply these practices into our daily lives. Woven into the space will also be time for individuals to receive a meditation and/or somatic coaching demo.
