Mindful Mondays for December!

Schedule:  Mobility Training with Keani | 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Intuition and the Chakras with Steven | 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. 

$30 per class | $55 for both

Mobility is the foundation for healthy joints and longevity. Keani focuses on hip, shoulder, and ankle mobility through a range of movements. We start off with a functional screening assessment, followed by mobility training and some light breathwork. 

After Keani's class, Steven will faciliate a gradual journey through the chakras week-by-week by various means including meditation, movement, and sound. You'll walk away each week with different practices to implement in your day to day life.

This month we’ll be donating 5% of our proceeds to Homeless Cat Network, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help control local cat populations and facilitate the fostering and adoption of socializable cats as well.

Keani is a fitness professional who focuses on dynamic mobility training, hypertrophy training, and making cardio fun through HIIT, high intensity interval training. Her love for movement stemmed at a young age through dance and volleyball and she wants to emulate that love through her work. Keani wants to help people create healthy habits in fitness and nutrition as a lifestyle for years to come.

Steven is a certified meditation coach and guide, sound healer, reiki practitioner, poet, music artist, and overall nature lover. Also an experimental painter, so if it paints an astrological picture, they are a Taurus sun, Libra moon, and Aries rising. Steven's mission is to help people reconnect to themselves and their creative voices.
